Suggest Treatment For Menstrual Irregularity

never had normal menstral cycle always lasts about 7 good days always. now had period in nov. dec no period and just a few days off and on here and there just used a small liner that was it now jan had a period around time i should have and ending with brown stringy blood... lifting heavy boxes at work and just went from midnites to afternoon shift... and i ma 47 yrs old thinking this is the start of premenopause....
