Suggest Treatment For Mild Central Disc Osteophyte

I have a mild central disc osteophyte at the C3-C4 level which causes moderate enchroachmnet on the thecal sac. There is a prominent right paracentral right disc buldge at the C4-c5 level which causes prominet encrochment on the thecal sac and a slight effacment of the right side of the spinal cord. There is a mild to moderate central disc bildge disc at C5-C6 level which causes no effacment of the spinal of the cord i am 46 5 feet 1 and 114 lbs
