Suggest Treatment For Missed Period With Negative Pregnancy Test

iam 40 years old ,trying to conceive for last seven years. my cycle is regular but with prolonged menstrual phase. i have missed my period . last period was on seventh june.no symptoms of pregnancy except that for few days ihad increased vaginal secretions. my home test is negative.please tell me what shall i do.
