Suggest Treatment For Multiple Fibroids

The ultrasound scan showed multiple fibroids one anterior fibroid measuring 10X9 and posterior 2X2 and 1.4X2 etc. I have been suggested to take Femilon does this help for fibroids ? I am not planning for hystertomy now want to delay for a year or so and probably go for myctomy.
