during sex last night i had an intense muscle spasm, like something was gripping my insides. i couldn't move and had to lie down. the pain was severe for about an hour but still hurts this morning. my boyfriend and i have been putting heat on it every once in a while but i can barely walk. any ideas what to do/how to heal it? i'm 26/f, 5'4.
