Suggest Treatment For Nosebleeds And Headaches After Dog Gnawing

Hi there. I m a female of 19 yrs. A puppy (came from out in the country) we have here was gnawing on my arms today. Not a few hours later my arm is in severe cramping pain near the upper mid forearm, not sure if it s more in the muscle or the bone. I think the pup may have rabies as it s mother we were told, gets loose often. A few days prior though, I have noticed petechiae (very minor, only pin prick size) fairly spread out on both arms( looks like a botched acupuncture, not clumping from the more intense cases I ve seen) . I m frequently fatigued, have nosebleeds from time to time, and other bone/joint aches. I m very nauseous upon waking (NO, I m not pregnant, this I know as I have been like this for many a year now). I experience headaches quite often and I also get a sinus infection at least once a year...I m wondering if the pain in my arm today is just some bacterial infection or possibly rabies or just a coincidence and are symptoms of a much more severe underlying cause, as the pain came within a very short period of the puppy chewing, and he was not exhibiting any onset of rabies yet... on top of all this, I ve been smoking for about 5 years now... any thoughts?
