Suggest Treatment For Numbness All Over The Body

I m a 22 year old female, 5 foot tall, 138 lb, who has recently begun feeling a sort of numbness all over her body. It has lasted for about 3 days now. It s like sensations just don t feel the same against my skin; I can feel the temperature of objects fine, but their texture feels different to me.My family just recently got done doing massive house cleaning, and my back hurt really bad the day after from moving all the furniture. Maybe it s related to that? I don t know. I m just really, really scared that a brain tumor or something to that effect is causing this. It feels like I m trapped in a body that doesn t belong to me. I can t really explain it, but what could be causing this? As for my medical history, I couldn t honestly tell you because I haven t been to a doctor in like 5 years. I started avoiding them when I began having really bad headaches on the right side of my head because I was afraid I had a brain tumor and didn t want to know. Now it s seeming more like that may be the case.
