Suggest Treatment For Oily Skin And Lot Of Pores

Hello DR,I am 26 yrs old , 5'3'',60Kgs and my skin is oily plus have lot of open pores.
I want to know can i go for laser treatment for the open pores is it a permanent thing.
I have already tried many chemical peels its had made my complexion bit fair but hasnt improved any open pores.
i Have very oily skin can i apply oils such as almond and oily skin will it make my skin more oily.

Does waxing of facial hairs loses the face skin.
