Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst And Retroverted Uterus

Hi Doctor, I am 32 years old, i have an irregular period... i sometimes don't have ny period for 4-7 months, but i am not pregnant... just last week i went for a check-up because i have been having some pains on my lower back and lower abdomen... as a result the doctor told me that i have ovarian cysts and has a retroverted uterus... she gave me primolut n 10mg starting today... also in my case is it really impossible for me to get preganant...
