Suggest Treatment For Pain And Bruising And Deep Indention Below The Cheek Bone

Two months ago I fell hard face down on a gravel Rd. was taken to Hospital. Thought cheek and eyebrow bone was shattered. Had a scan but did not show bone fracture. Said I had deep tissue bruiseing. Still have pain and major puffiness and deep indention below cheek bone. Is it a hematoma under the skin. Will it ever go away? Should I see a plastic surgeon? Other Doctors haven't help
