Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling All Over The Body

i have few problem in my body i am suffuring with the pain and swelling on several parts in my body like both nknees , neck is paining and not moving right left and there is a swelling from a mlast month in my left leg thumb and pain also and i have a big pain in my lower back and in both buttock ( back sid of thai) and i do get fever also because of it, ic and my doctor told me that it is Ankylosing Spondylitis and wrote me few x-rays, hla b-27 test so m i at with right treatment or not and i am suffering with it from last 4months and taking vovran sr-100 mg as a painkiller . please advise me what is this problem and the treatment what i am getting now is right or not or i will have to change my treatment please advise.
