Suggest Treatment For Pain Below Knee After Slipped On Road

hello to all
my self Deepak, aged 31years, hieght 5.7', weight 70kg not any medical history from Panipat last night i slipped on the road and have very pain now, done all x-ray left leg below near knee found like hair fracture kindly advise to me how's this pain and fracture will recover on very 1 oct. 2011 i got job(after Very long time apx. 1 year ) i am not able go to the my office doctor said to took rest 2 month kindly advise ......(any massage,any exercise, any homely experiences which will help to recover me soon )without job i am not able to prevent my Family i belong to middle class family


please advise really need full
