Suggest Treatment For Pain Below Ribs And Back And Heart Burn

I have been waking up with pain center below ribs for a week or two. Also have mid pain back discomfort. I take a zantac which seems to subside the discomfort. I am 48yr old woman, I say extra 20lbs with heart disease in the family. Usually, heartburn doesn't stick around this long for me and come and goes every few or more years. How can make sure it is just heartburn/acid reflux?
