Suggest Treatment For Pain In Rib Cage With Hot Flashes And Nausea

I am Not sure if I had fallen or not I suppose its possible. The pain feels like a bruise to the touch (very sensitive) but doesn't really feel like its my rib cage per say. Its a farther down rib alot smaller and toward the back that the pain is under. I do have heat flashes time and time again and as well have experienced heart troubles or pain that last for about 30 to 40 seconds and then went away. now that heart pain was over a year ago and has subsided since but this new pain doesn't seem to have other symptoms but the hot flashes indigestion and nausea. could this maybe be a cracked rib from a fall or could it be something life threatening? I have been taking a pill for sleep over 14 years (ambien) I am a male and occasionally pain during urination
