Suggest Treatment For Pain In Right Side?

i have had a pain in my right side for over a week .my gp sent me to hospital for possible appendix.all test in hospital came back clear which included a ct scan as i had breast cancer 18 months ago. I am now home with my pain and pain killers The pain is in kidney area but goes through the back which is like back ache with small spikey pain in back .I have now got a large red sore spot at the back and one at the front Thanks for any help
