Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Arms And Shoulder Blade

Hi,
I'm a 40 y/o woman, 5'4" and 160lbs. I woke up with my neck on left side very sore eight mornings ago. The pain hasn't gone away and I now have pain in my upper left and right arms and shoulder blade. This morning I have pain/soreness in the center of my upper back and on the right side of my jawbone near my ear. Is this all related to a "crick" in my neck and could the stress from that be causing the rest of the pain? How long should these symptoms last? I'm white with no history of heart disease or diabetes. I was diagnosed last year with a bulging lumbo-sacral disc that was causing numbness in my right leg. Thank you.
