Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Brain Vein And Nose

respecte sir i am riffat and i am now 26 of age, before 4-5 years i suffered to pain in brain vein which feels up til now, the pain feels at the left side of upper nose corner and then in the brain too, when i mssage it feel pain or by talking it feel, after mssage it stop for a second but for the same moment it feel again , actually i feel stretching pain in vein, this problem remains about one month and then finished such that it was not at all, then after 5 months it starts again for a month, sometimes same condition occurs on right side on the same position as on left one after the pain when overs at left side but mostly it remains on left side, kindly give me solution. One thing i want to explain that i am a tension taker person but when there is no tension i feel the same condition and after very calm sleep it still remains same, kindly give the reason and solution in therapy form or some thing else. i ll be very gratefull to you. regards riffat ayesha
