Suggest Treatment For Pain In Upper Rib Cage

I'm having a pain in the upper rib cage, just underneath the left breast. It first felt as if the babys foot was just pushing but the pain has lasted now anout five days. It feels as if it is severely bruised, but there is absolutley no marks there. But as well seems swelled a bit from the other side.
