Suggest Treatment For Palmoplantar Keratosis On Feet

I would like to know where to get treatment for my feet I have palmoplantar keratosis on my feet I have been to sereval doctors in this area Fort Smith Arkansas and they dont know what to do for me I am in alot of pain and find it very difficult to walk it is even painful to put shoes on. My callous are getting worse I am only forty years old and find it very hard to hold down a job because of the pain. I would like to find a place where I could get help for my feet.
