Suggest Treatment For Paratoid Infections

my 11 yr old daughter has suffered with parotid infections every 6 months on both sides her ultra sound shows she has multiple cycts inside her neck and her lymph node has not gone down to its normal size she has to be admitted into hospital and treated intrevenously antibiotics and steroids to reduce the swelling her skin on th outside of her neck below the jawline becomes red and hot it is also very painful restricts her movements she cant turn her neck side ways,she came out of hospital 10 days ago and has been up since 6.ooam with high temp 38,9 that wont go down we given panadol and cooled her down in the shower she is drinking fluidsshe is 5.4feet and weighs 61.3 kilo
