Suggest Treatment For Penile Skin Infection

Dear Dr.
I am 57. Internal skin has become very thin, there is infection and pain which covers the penis. 5-10 yeas earlier I used one can one tab per week in addition applying externally phytoral , Ketoconazole ointment twice daily as per suggestion of doctor. I was cured. That doctor is no more today. The symptoms has appeared again. Can I follow those prescription again?
