Suggest Treatment For Pimples Of A Sensitive Skin Person

I had back pain so my family doctor had gvn me mecofar-+ Tablets for Strong Born And Vitamins, after completing 20 nobs of tabletes i m facing acne & pimple problem On my face ,i have consulted wid skin specialist she told me it is due to vitamin B12 high douse ,So What should i do for having clean face .....? if i stop ths medicine or you can suggest me for pimple tretment .....as i have sensitive skin...
