a case of traumatic spine with paraplegia . mri reports shows -a compression of the posterior herniation of c6-c7 along with posterior osteophytes is causing soinal osteonosis, significant compression and deformity of ventral surface of cord, foraminal encroacment and impingement over existing nerve roots by laterally resulting in focal cord oedema /contusion 2.disosteophyte complex at c4-c5 and c5-c6 levels are causing indentation over anterior sub arachnoid space, foraminal encroachment and indentation over nerve roots bilaterally 3.diffuse posterior bulge with right posterolateral protrusion of l4-l5 i.e disc along with ligamentum flavum thickening and facet jointb hypertrophy is causing spinal canal stenosis ,foraminal stenosis(rt lt)and indentation over traversing nerve roots being more marked on rt side. 4.spondylosis and mild spondylolisthesis of l5 and s1 vertebral body.neural foramen are also distorted with horizontal configuration causing foraminal encroachment
