Suggest Treatment For Pressure Across The Back Of The Head

I have had quite the run with doctors over the last for months. The bottom line is I have elevated intra-cranial pressure (opening pressure was 20) upon further investigation they found i have Drusen syndrome and I have a 1/2 dollar size rock hard mass behind my ear level with the ear lobe. Non-moveable and non-painful. The only discomfort I am experiencing is a pressure running across the back of my head.What do you think the next step should be.
