Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis

Hello Doctor,

I am a 34 years old male patient. For the past 6 years I am suffering from (Guttate)psoriasis. When it was identified as psoriasis by a dermetologist, I have started to take alopathy medicines and due to the heavy drowsiness I couldn't continue that. After that I have tried some homeopathy medicines and nothing has given me the relief. There is a common talk saying complete cure is not possible for psoriasis. Is it true? What is your advice to me to get cured from this disease? Thanks in Advance.
