Suggest Treatment For Pus-filled Pimples On Vaginal Lips

I dont know if I am normal or not
In 6th grade I had gotten a white type of pimple on the inside my vagina lips I popped it and noticed a couple more I had never had sex before and this was the year I got my period over the years I have noticed that they have stood but mostly before my clitoris. They are mostly visible when I pull my skin back and sometimes puss comes out of them when I pop them. I dont understand this at all. I have never had sex when this happened and I am very concerned it could be gential warts or something. Please help me!
