Suggest Treatment For Rashes After Doing Brazilian Wax

I recently got a Brazilian Wax about three days ago and I am experiencing a severe rash like reaction. It is not my first time getting waxed and I have been waxed with the same lady and type of wax before and never react. I have very inflamed labia majora on both sides, irritation, itching, and discomfort. Also almost like razor bumps on my bikini area. I have been using A+D ointment to sooth to irritation and itching but I feel like it isn't getting better. HELP. I don't know what to do and my work schedule doesn't give me time to go to the Doctor. The pain is so bad it is so uncomfortable to walk, sit, or move.
