Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps And Itchy Butt Crack

yesterday i noticed the upper part of my glutteal fold (butt crack) was getting itchy and had some raised red bumps in the area. Tosay, the bumps have turned into contact dermatitis -like blisters and the itching is so severe, I am thinking about scrubbing it raw with sandpaper and dousing it in bleach. Lotrimin AF seems to help. What is this???
