Suggest Treatment For Redness On Inner Thighs After Flea Bites

Hi my 9 yr old daughter had a really itchy mark on her inner thigh two weeks ago now, it looked like a bite possibly flea bite. A couple of days later the sore was looking more and more inflamed, 7 days after the initial sore her leg was looking really inflamed so i took her to the doctors, he treated her with fucidin twice a day but the following day her leg was swollen, very sore and wasnt right, the doctor then gave her flucloxacillin 4 times a day and said it was cellulilitis and if her temperature went up we had to take her to hospital, thankfully she started to improve, using the fucidin and the antibiotics. However she now has just a couple more days left on her antibiotics and although the sore is healing and the pain gone she still has some redness although now more like a purply red. My question is if by the time her antiobiotics finish and this red is still there, will she need seeing again or is it just something thats going to take time to fully clear on its own?
