Suggest Treatment For Redness,itching And Painful Areas On The Skin Of Jawline

In the last 6 wks I have experienced swelling to the point of a slick skin apprearance, red, itchy and painful areas along the jawline. The redness doesn't appear . As time goes on every eruption gets worse and it's spreading. I have chills and generally don't feel good before it starts another cycle. I take gabapentin and coumadin. Recently have been diagnosed with basoral and confustional migraines. The redness doesn't appear until the third day after I feel this coming on. No change in diet, laundry, etc. This feels like I have a really bad sunburn starting on the inside.
