Suggest Treatment For Rough And Dry Skin With Rashes

i am 16 years old.My skin is very rough and dry.small rashes on most part of the body.Itching,irritations through out.In some parts thick skin and in some places open wound with water lile fluid discharge.

Used clonate and moisturisers like emoderm and anti fungal and anti bactireal ointments like Zoflet,fluticasone and oral Antibiotics.

Pl suggest some chemical less treatment.
