Suggest Treatment For Ruptured Bartholin Cyst On Foot With Swelling

i had a bartholin cyst rupture a week and a half ago on the right side. two days later i ended up with swelling on the inside of my right foot and it felt like it was on fire and has a red surface to it. it has been like this for a week now. could this be from some fluid that may have entered my bloodstream? if so what could it be?
