Suggest Treatment For Scars On Body

Hi, I am female 25 years old, black, 5'7 height.. i have deep scars on my chest for about 1 year, i went to see a doctor to find out the cause of it but he say it's normal, I am not wound, about 1months ago it start spreading all over my body now i have it on my back, tummy and legs. I don't have insurance but i manage to go and see a dermatologis and he say it's normal, it will keep coming and going there is no cure for scars and he don't me even tell me the cause of it.now i don't have money to go to another doctor and am very much worried about it this scars.please what's the cause of scars appearing on your skin and is there any cure? thanks
