Suggest Treatment For Scoliosis Of The Spine On The Left Hip

Hi I'm a 25 yr old female at five one and about 160lbs. I have spinal bifida, scoliosis of the spine, my left hip is in socket with pins and plates and I have a fatty tumor around my spine from birth. I have also just been diagnosed with GERD. I was wondering though, does it effect the breasts. My left breast is very sore to touch (only in a single spot though, on top). Also does the pain ever go away. I've been sucking down milk and have had a very bland, albeit small diet for the past three days. I haven't been hungry because of the pain in the beginning. Could the continuing pain because I don't have much food in my stomach. Also how do I get rid of the constant pressure in the back of my throat making me want to throw up.
