Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Left Side Of Lower Abdomen

I am currently serving overseas in afghanistan...i am having sharp burning/stabbing pains in the left side of my lower abdomen. the pain feels like it traveling throughout my body, i began to feel the pain traveling to my left testicle...now i feel it center mass of my intestines. i've been on medication for 4months, but nothing has changed. being that we dont have the resources(ie. MRI, XRAY) theres so much they can do. plus, i still have missions to complete. i feel im being wrongly diagnosed. they said it's not a hernia, not testicalicular cancer but might have cysts(lump on testical and lover abdomen) maybe possible protititis, they say i might have an infection, they found white blood cells in my urine. i am gettin tired of pills, and scary to think something could be seriously wrong with me. any help?
