Suggest Treatment For Skin Allergy Which Is Causing Skin Peeling

hi, im 31 and just gave birth via LSCS to a baby boy and now i have some skin allergy/ infection that was present first when i was pregnant and now i have almost all over my body and it really bothers me. it start like an inflamed pore (less the pain) and then dries out then peel off, but eventually even peels widely. it might be some kind of fungal infection of some sort. Please help me an this please. thanks.
