Suggest Treatment For Skin Infections

My son Sumeet, 15 years old, mild autistic, is suffering with a skin disease for more than 10 years. It started in small reddish patches like ringworm in elbow & leg joints. We gave him allopathic treatment in the beginning. His skin disease reduced while medicine course but revived as soon as medicine stopped. The doctor said that his skin disease is related to autism(brain) and will never cure completely. We thought of switching to homoeopathy as Sumeet can’t live on allopath medicines whole life!
We consulted Dr Praful Vijaykar, Mumbai,famous for his predictive homoeopathy and started homoeopathy for autism as well as his skin disease in Feb 2009. Its nearly 3 years now Sumeet is under his treatment. Regarding his Autism, there is no such development but his skin disease has spread like hell! The small red patches widened & spread largely in armpits and face and looked like Eczema. Because of itching the spots turned raw and started oozing sticky & smelly liquid. His very handsome face turned ugly by Eczema like parches. The skin disease is now on his lips and inside mouth also! He can’t speak. He can’t express his pains & problems. He can’t bath. He can’t eat properly as he can’t open his mouth fully and there is infections inside his mouth also.He became very irritated & traumatic because of his skin disease. His schools and training centre’s told us to discontinue till his skin disease is cured.(though its not transferable).Now, he is isolated at home!(Pls see attached photos)
We heard that in homoeopathy any disease spreads first and then cured from the roots. But,now the skin disease is turning bad to worse everyday. We had faith in Dr Vijaykar, but something must be done. We can’t stand the look & irritation of our son. We should take a second and third opinion.
We are looking forward medical advice to cure the skin disease & autism of our son. Pls advice on the same.
