Suggest Treatment For Skin Issues

For 4 months I have been dealing with a skin problem. It is on my left leg, back, chest,head, and genital area. It has been diagonsed as a drug allergy, yeast infection, shingles, psoriasis,and lichen planus with lichen planopilaris, yet nothing I am finding really fits. I was scratched by a dog that had the ieisions all over it's belly and genital area. My first leision appeared at the sit of the scratch and the next symptom was a 3 in outbreak on my head from my hairline back. to date I have lost about 70% of my hair on top and about 40% elsewhere. I have cluster ieisons on my back and spots like reddish brown freckels on chest, arms, shoulders and genital area. There seem to be more in areas that are warm such as under my breasts and body creases. On my head the leisions are dark red and have caused the hair loss. For a while everything was scaley with thin white flakes. My lymph nodes on th back of my head and neck are huge like horns on the back of my head. Each time I get a new diagnosis I look to see if what I have fits what is on the web sites so far its not fitting anything and the itch continues as does the hair loss. I am 63 and have been very healthy and have never had any skin problems before this. I have already spent over 1 months income on potions, creams, salves, shampoos,and office calls.
