Suggest Treatment For Skin Tan And Open Pores On Face

hello doc, i am a 22 yr old girl, with a fair skin, but for the past 3 yrs my facial skin has been getting tanned due to the place i have been living for my studies, i have developed a t-zone tanning extending from my nose untill my chin, and my facial pores have also become enlarged and refuse to close up, so will the topical application of evion 400 help my skin? also is it ok if i just cut the capsule and apply the oil directly on my face?
