Suggest Treatment For Soft Foreskin And Unable To Push Them

hello sir, my organ penis is liquidating white fluid in less quantity, any time. I was habitual of excessively high smoking. also my penis skin becomes very soft so that I can't push it backside. my sex life is absolutely poor now.I can't do intercourse as it leads to blooding of my upper outside layer of penis. I left smoking a week back. I have this problem since a month. pls help.
