Suggest Treatment For Sores On Foreskin Of Penis

i have like 5 to 6 cold sours on my forskin..it doesnt itch or hurt..only when i touch it directly or piss gets on it..ive had it for 3 weeks now..it look better than it did the first week..this is the longest ive been with no sex and my girlfriend is getting a bit worried..pls is there any kind of cream or ointment for this to heal faster?..they look like littlr craters just like the ones u get in the mouth..pls help
