Suggest Treatment For Spotting After Period,abdominal Distension And Incontinence

For the last 4 days I have been experiancing light, but frequent incontinence, irregular spotting, and an extended stomach. I have had a tubal pregnancy before and am concerned that it may be happening again. I just had my regular period last week and thought I was finished menstruating; however, there is still blood. I also bled after I had sex, which has never happened before.What should I do?
