Suggest Treatment For Spreading Dirty Circles Near To Ear

Hi,

Im a 43 year old male, 5ft 9inch, weight is 12 stone. I am a generally healthy.

In the last few months I have noticed marks behind my ears which look like dark dirty water marks, one in particular is starting to spread quickly and is now starting to spread onto my face, the mark is about the size of palm of my hand. There is no pain or itching and doesnt cause any discomfort. Im aware skin changes as we get older but Im quite concerned at the speed of it and that it is now appearing on my face. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.
