Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain ,vomiting And Fever

hi doc .My daughter is 5yrs 5months old she has a continuous complain of tummy pain followed by vomiting and fever and no other complain.i showed her to a pedactrician she everytime writes an antibiotic with her last check she had prescibed for zifi 100 dry syrup,bandy almost 2wks back.she is sick of having medicines and with every medicine she feels nausea.now since last night she had fever 101.1F.I dont know what to do cause of this constant relapse her health takes a toll and a major drop in her appetite.now iam having a brain freeze what to do?pls help..do let me know if any other details are required
