Suggest Treatment For Suicidal Thoughts And Panic Attacks

I am feeling suicidal. I have sought help, asking to be re-admitted to a hospital that I spent nearly five months in just three months ago. I took 200mg of Amitryptilline plus 60mg of zopiclone yesterday. Today, after finding out that I have to wait until tomorrow lunchtime to be assessed, i completely flipped and have taken amixture of Amitryptilline, Aripriprazole and paracetamol. Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
