Suggest Treatment For Superficial Ulceration On Penis

Hi Dr. I am from India, 41yrs, male, 65 kg, 165 cms. I travelled to a place 7 months back, there i stayed in a unclean room with using a unclean blanket. Next day morning i noticed infection over my glans penis (balanitis) and around anal region. Immediately i started taking antibiotics and antifungal tablets. And i also used topical cream containg antibiotic, antifungal & steroid over my glans penis for 3-4 consecutive full nights. Then i noticed superficial ulceration over my glans penis, then only i realised that is because of using steroid cream over glans penis for long time. Then i stopped using it.

But till now that superficial ulceration is not completely healed. Every day when i wash the penis, i rub out a cream like a layer from the glans and shaft. There i see reddness with mild burning sensation. Kindly help me to come out of this problem, I am waiting for your reply sir,
