Suggest Treatment For Swelling In My Face And Neck

Last week the left side of my neck hurt so bad i couldnt move it and i had poping in my ears. My face and neck swelled. I went to the doctors and they said i had a sinus infection. Four days later i got a headache from hell behind my left eye, only the left side of my head hurts and now my left eye is swollen. Im on amoxicillin, my ears are still poping and it been a week. What is wrong should i go back to the doctors or wait it out, im in alot of pain. Help!!!
