Suggest Treatment For Swelling In My Penis

Hi, my wife and I were haveing sex last night when I felt a swollen area on the right side of my penis, It didn't hurt and we finished with no issues. Afterward it looked a little swollen, but when i woke up this morning my whole shaft, exept the under side is purple and still a little swollen. It is not painful, just a little funny feeling. Should i be worried about this or will it go away?
