Suggest Treatment For Swollen Mosquito Bite On Face

My 2 1/2 year old daughter got bit on the forehead and cheek by a mosquito last night. When she woke up half of her forehead and her eye were swollen. The bite on her cheek is also swollen. She's had mosquito bites else where before and they all did the same thing. But this is on her face, around her eye and temple!! I've been putting anti inch cream on it and gave her a dose of children's Clairitin. Should I take her to the E.R? Is there anything that they could do?
