Suggest Treatment For Terrible Menstrual Cramps

I am 46 yrs old had hypo thyroidism but ok now, allergic to aspirin supposedly got scalp infection as a result some dermatitis or other using dithro and lotrisone. Have terrible menstrual cramps (staying in bed) all my life from 11 yrs old can only take Tylenol but not helping. Is there anything else I can take for pain.
